Syris' EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) assembly workshop is purpose-built to support small-batch OEM mechanical and electrical assembly projects for our clients. The facility features a clean, well-organized production line with an epoxy-coated anti-static floor, ensuring a controlled environment suitable for precision electronics work.

The workshop is equipped with a centrally positioned conveyor belt system, flanked by rows of dedicated assembly workstations. This layout allows products to move smoothly through each stage of the assembly process — from component placement to final inspection — while enabling efficient collaboration among operators stationed along both sides of the line.

Key features of the facility include:

• Flexible workstation layout – Modular tables on both sides of the conveyor allow for quick reconfiguration to accommodate different product lines and order volumes, making the line ideal for small to medium OEM batch production.
• Integrated conveyor system – A centrally mounted control panel and overhead rail system support automated or semi-automated material flow, reducing manual handling and improving throughput consistency.
• Bright, climate-controlled environment – Ample overhead lighting and a spacious, well-ventilated layout support both product quality and worker comfort during detailed assembly tasks.
• Scalable capacity – The open floor plan and additional workstations along the side walls allow the line to scale up or down depending on client order requirements.
