The process begins with laser cutting, where high-precision laser cutting machines shape sheet metal blanks with tight tolerances and clean edges, ready for the next stage of production. From there, components move to the bending station, where press brakes form flat sheets into precise three-dimensional shapes according to exact engineering specifications.

Once formed, parts proceed to welding and grinding, where skilled technicians join components with high-strength welds and refine surfaces to a smooth, uniform finish, eliminating imperfections and preparing the parts for final treatment. The workshop concludes its production cycle with surface coating, applying protective and aesthetic finishes that enhance corrosion resistance, durability, and visual quality.
