Syris CNC Machining Workshop

Covering a dedicated production area of over 3,000 square meters, the Syris CNC machining workshop is a state-of-the-art precision manufacturing facility designed to deliver tight-tolerance, high-repeatability components across a wide range of applications. The workshop features a clean, well-organized production floor with rows of advanced CNC equipment, supported by centralized cooling and ventilation systems to ensure stable operating conditions for consistent, high-quality output.

The facility is equipped with 26 high-precision 3-axis and 4-axis machining centers, forming the backbone of our milling capacity and enabling efficient processing of complex part geometries with excellent dimensional accuracy. Complementing these are 12 high-precision CNC lathes, dedicated to producing turned components with tight tolerances and superior surface finishes.

For applications demanding the highest levels of precision and surface quality, the workshop houses 4 grinding machines, capable of achieving fine tolerances and smooth finishes on critical part surfaces. In addition, Syris operates 4 advanced 5-axis machining centers and turn-mill compound machining centers, allowing for the production of highly complex, multi-featured parts in a single setup — reducing handling time, minimizing cumulative tolerance errors, and significantly improving overall production efficiency.

With this comprehensive and technologically advanced equipment base, the Syris CNC machining workshop is capable of handling a broad spectrum of materials and part complexities, from simple turned components to intricate multi-axis machined parts. Combined with skilled operators and rigorous quality control processes, the workshop provides customers with reliable, precise, and efficient CNC machining solutions tailored to demanding industrial applications.
