Syris Quality Control Room

Syris maintains a dedicated Quality Control room equipped with a comprehensive range of professional inspection and measurement instruments, ensuring strict dimensional and quality control throughout the production process.

The QC room is equipped with a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for precise 3D dimensional inspection of complex parts, along with a digital height gauge for accurate height and vertical measurements. The lab is also fully stocked with a complete set of angle gauges, thread gauges, and pin gauges (plug gauges), enabling thorough verification of angles, thread specifications, and hole/bore tolerances.

As reflected in the workshop's guiding principles displayed on the walls — "Quality is the lifeblood of an enterprise" and "Concepcion: results through action" — Syris places quality at the core of its operations, with every inspection process backed by professional-grade equipment and a rigorous testing standard.

This well-equipped QC room allows Syris to perform precise, reliable, and repeatable quality checks at every stage of production, ensuring that all components meet exacting customer specifications before shipment.
