Covering a total production area of over 10,000 square meters, the Syris sheet metal workshop stands as a cornerstone of our manufacturing capability, purpose-built to deliver high-precision, high-efficiency sheet metal fabrication at scale. The facility is designed with a spacious, well-organized layout that supports smooth material flow from raw stock through to finished, coated components, enabling us to handle both large-volume production runs and complex custom orders with consistent quality and reliable lead times.

At the heart of the workshop's cutting operations are 4 high-precision Amada laser cutting machines, renowned globally for their accuracy, speed, and reliability. These machines allow us to process a wide range of sheet metal materials — including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and galvanized steel — with tight tolerances and clean cut edges, minimizing material waste and reducing the need for secondary finishing.

Complementing the laser cutting capability, the workshop houses 3 high-precision punch machines, which provide fast and accurate hole-punching, forming, and shape-cutting for parts requiring repetitive or complex patterns. This equipment is particularly well-suited for high-volume production where speed and dimensional consistency are critical.

For forming operations, Syris operates 12 high-precision bending machines, giving us substantial capacity and flexibility to produce parts with complex geometries, multiple bend angles, and tight dimensional tolerances. This extensive bending capability ensures we can meet diverse customer specifications across a wide range of industries and applications.

Beyond cutting, punching, and bending, the workshop is fully equipped to provide a complete, one-stop sheet metal fabrication solution. Our integrated process flow covers every critical stage of production:
