Syris Painting Workshop

Syris operates a professional Painting (powder/paint coating) workshop equipped with a fully automated overhead conveyor line stretching 280 meters, enabling continuous and efficient production flow throughout the coating process.

The workshop features a dedicated spray booth measuring 2500 × 2500 × 4500 mm, designed to ensure precise, high-quality, and consistent coating application while maintaining a controlled environment for optimal finish quality.

To support high-volume production, the line is fitted with 400 hanging stations, allowing a large number of workpieces to be coated simultaneously as they move along the overhead rail system — as shown in the image, with components suspended from the blue support structure throughout the workshop.

The spraying line is operated by a team of 30 skilled production staff, who oversee loading, quality control, and process monitoring to ensure every part meets consistent finishing standards.

Together, this combination of automated conveyance, a purpose-built spray booth, high hanging capacity, and an experienced workforce allows Syris to deliver reliable, high-quality surface coating at scale.
